A choice ... get up or stay down

Sometimes when you feel down & out, a simple msg or gesture can just lift you out of your "sorrow" and perk you up to keep on walking ... thank God for frenz, it's a joy and surprise when well meaning words are "spoken" to encourage ...

I was feeling down several days back ... listless as my thots wander around ... what can I do but ... turn my eyes upon Jesus ... it took a while, but slowly but surely, over a couple of days, my heart was settled, as I begin to trust God for my future. Hey, future is not even here yet, why paint a gloomy future? ... Have Faith in God, He'll carry me thro' ... wait to be surprised!!

upon reflection, the past couple of years was a desert experience ... a period of molding, remaking, chip off here, carve that out, drop this, add that ... I believe we're all Masterpieces in the making, in the loving hands of our Creator, the Artist of our lives, painting a beautiful picture, that can only be revealed later on in life ... with this assurance that God will always be there, why so downcast O my soul, put my hope in God ...

So frenz, quickly get out of the "hole" and fill it up, and start walking again ... no point hiding in the hole ... it takes effort to make this choice, but hey, it's worth it ...

keep on encouraging, be a cheer-giver ... and bring joy into people's lives ... we all need moments of happiness, to walk thro' life ...
